Support Groups and Workshops

Support Groups

Have you struggled to connect with people in meaningful ways and feel like you are not enough, don't belong, or maybe even feel different. Sometimes we just need to know we are not alone.

  • Groups provide a unique opportunity to have a place where those feelings are normalized.
  • Groups are a safe space to talk where others are experiencing similar things.
  • It is also a space that can provide fresh perspectives. Groups provide feedback that you may not get in your everyday circle of family and friends. This can be valuable as you learn more about roles you took on in your nuclear family and how that role has carried over into other relationships and may not serve you in adulthood.
  • A group also provides accountability to the members.
  •  Workshops

Workshops are opportunitites to have an immersive experience and to learn more in-depth techniques to explore self and relationship with others.

Mini-workshops are also available to purchase online and experience in the comforts of your own home to learn more about improving relationship, reconnecting with your partner, and several self-help books summarized for those that do not have time to sit down for a longer read. These are not meant to replace the therapeutic process, but offered as psychoeducational and informative resources.
